ReguWise™, through its subsidiaries including Corporate Nerd™, provides educational, training, and consulting services tailored for the compliance needs of Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) and other professional firms. No tangible products are sold or shipped; services are delivered digitally or through managed platforms.

  1. Payment Terms

We accept electronic payments via invoice, including major credit cards and ACH transfers, subject to prior arrangement. All payment terms and methods are coordinated directly with approved clients and partners. We do not display payment methods on this website, as we do not offer retail or self-service transactions.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services (digital learning programs, compliance training, and consulting services), all sales are considered final.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

    • If there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service that cannot be resolved within 10 business days.
    • If you accidentally purchase a duplicate subscription or service.

To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at support@reguwize.com within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.

  1. Shipping Policy

As no physical goods are sold through our website, there is no shipping applicable.

All services, including course access, digital materials, and consulting sessions, are delivered electronically via email, secure login credentials, or our designated learning management system (LMS).

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials strictly for your personal or organizational compliance training purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReguWise™ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReguWise™ for the services in question during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
