Frequently Asked Questions

The following questions address how ReguWise operates within carrier-controlled delivery environments and how driver readiness and participation are structured. This information is provided to support clarity and consistent understanding.

What does ReguWise do?

ReguWise prepares credential-ready drivers for participation in carrier-controlled medical and regulated delivery operations. Preparation focuses on readiness, documentation alignment, and professional standards appropriate for regulated environments.

Does ReguWise operate as a delivery carrier?

ReguWise operates as a subcontracted Delivery Service Provider focused on workforce readiness and preparation. Operational control, dispatch authority, routing decisions, and customer relationships remain with the engaging carrier.

How are drivers assigned work?

Drivers are not assigned work directly by ReguWise. Participation in delivery operations occurs only after carrier onboarding, approval, and assignment through carrier systems and procedures.

Is participation with ReguWise guaranteed work?

No. Participation reflects readiness and eligibility only. Assignment availability, volume, and duration are determined exclusively by the engaging carrier and may vary based on operational needs.

How does the readiness bench work?

Drivers are onboarded into a readiness bench that reflects their current preparation status.  Bench placement supports progression toward eligibility for regulated delivery environments but does not imply guaranteed assignments.

How are drivers organized?

Drivers participate within a structured team-based model supported by Field Team Leads. This structure promotes accountability, communication consistency, and readiness alignment while preserving carrier operational control.

What role do Field Team Leads play?

Field Team Leads support readiness oversight, communication alignment, and escalation  pathways. They do not assign routes, control dispatch, or manage carrier operations.

What types of delivery environments does ReguWise support?

Preparation focuses on regulated and controlled-access environments, including medical logistics, secure document transport, airport-adjacent operations, and time-sensitive delivery contexts.

Are drivers employees of ReguWise?

Drivers participate as independent contractors and are prepared to operate within carrier-defined requirements when authorized. Employment classification, onboarding, and engagement terms are determined by the engaging carrier.

Does ReguWise replace carrier onboarding or training?

No. Readiness preparation supports, but does not replace, carrier onboarding, training, or approval processes. All operational participation remains subject to carrier requirements.

How should carriers interpret ReguWise readiness designations?

Readiness designations reflect preparation status only. They are intended to support carrier evaluation and onboarding decisions and should be interpreted in conjunction with carrier-specific requirements.
